Customer Service Representative, Supply Chain Sector, Dublin 15

Our client, a global supply chain solutions provider, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dublin 15. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the supply chain and logistics sector.

Job Description

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email, to ensure that customers receive quality service and support, in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
  • Logging and tracking jobs on our in-house Booking systems (Azyra and Excel).
  • Assisting /covering for fellow team members.
  • Tailored Customer Reporting.
  • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
  • Must be able to work well in team environment and work with both Internal and External customers.
  • Ensure all customer paperwork is managed in an effective manner.

 Skills / Qualifications:

  • Good level of Excel skill would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Azyra is an advantage
  • Quality and detail focused.
  • Good time management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
  • Good knowledge of load planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility
